BYU Integrated Microfabrication Lab

 

The Integrated Microfabrication Lab (IML) is a class 10 cleanroom used for research in solid state, opto-electronics, photonics, nanotechnology, micro-fabrication, MEMS, micro fluidics, etc. This website is intended to be a resource for on-site BYU users as well as others doing research in micro-fabrication and semiconductor processing. It contains a large amount of reference material relevant to micro-fabrication and semiconductor processing.
